How to order

You can browse our online catalog and order any of our handcrafted items with a few clicks. We’ll send you a confirmation email and let you know a timeframe for delivery. We also regularly take custom orders, which can be a modification of one of our existing designs or a piece designed and built from scratch. Custom orders typically require a 50% deposit to secure your spot and place your project in our queue on our shop calendar, and the rest of the payment is due before we ship or you pick up your order. We’d love to hear your ideas for a custom piece of furniture, so don’t hesitate to contact us.

Lead time

Being a small custom woodshed, our lead times change regularly. Current lead times for are listed on any product available for sale on our website. For custom orders, lead times are most likely 4-8 weeks but will be discussed during the order process.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we give you 48 hours to cancel your order and get a refund, minus a $75 processing fee. After that, you can still cancel your order, but you’ll have to pay a 25% restocking fee. We do not refund deposits on cancellation of custom orders.

Returns

We take pride in our craftsmanship and we want you to be happy with your purchase. We don’t accept returns for custom orders or special items, so please keep that in mind. If you need to change anything with your design please make sure to do so before finishing. We typically include you in the whole process so please don’t hesitate to reach out and make any adjustments.
